WSUD Guidelines
One of the products emerging from the development of the Townsville Water Quality Improvement Plan (WQIP) was a set of draft Water Sensitive Urban Design (WSUD) technical design guidelines. These are currently being reviewed and will be available for public comment shortly.
WQIP nearly there
The Townsville WQIP is in its final stages of review and amendment and will be published shortly. In the meantime all the draft documents are available to view in the CCI section of the website.

Catchment Management Units project on the go
Creek to Coral has started a new project coordinated by the new Creek to Coral Coordinator Chris Manning. The project aims at collecting all available data on catchments around Townsville and Thuringowa to create an interactive map providing information on catchments, rivers and streams.
Creek to Coral newsletter launched!
The Creek to Coral newsletter, the Creek to Coral Echo, is a new information medium, launched in February 2007. The newsletter provides Townsville and Thuringowa’s interested community members with latest updates on water management and sustainability around the twin cities.
